WELCOME TO FBC BALDWYN

At FBC we truly love God, love people, and seek to "make disciples" of all nations. We would be honored to have you worship God and study His word with us. If you are looking for a church home, we would be glad to give you any information that might help you make your decision, but most of all we will pray with you and for you as you seek God's guidance. May God richly bless you is our prayer.

Chuck Hampton

PASTOR - INTERIM

Deb and I have been married for 38 years and have one son. Our son, Chad and his wife, Britney, have our two boys of joy, "Super Cooper" and "Cool Man Cohen." They live in the Dallas, Texas area where Chad works with RightNow Media. We are all DAWG fans! I was born in Shannon, Mississippi. I graduated from Shannon High School, attended Northeast Mississippi Community College and graduated from Blue Mountain College. I received my Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Some of my greatest joys in living life are traveling with Deb to the beautiful spots in America, spending time with Chad, Britney and the boys, watching the Dawgs play in the fall and golf.

I was called into the preaching ministry just before my senior year in high school. Since that time, I have enjoyed pastoring churches in Texas and Mississippi for a quarter of a century. Deb and I have been in the Transition Pastor ministry for over ten years and have watched in amazement at the work of the Lord Jesus in His churches. I teach United States History at Saltillo High School as well as the Old Testament online at Itawamba Community College and the New Testament online at Hinds Community College. In all of life, my desire is that the Lord Jesus would use me to the maximum as He changes people where they are, as they are for His greater purpose.
